Welcome to Kraftline (henceforth referred to as we, us, our, Company), a unit of SpazioLiv. The Terms and Conditions outlined on this page govern the user's (henceforth referred to as you, your, yours) access and use of our website and the different interior design and installation services we offer. We encourage you to read them carefully before you continue using our website. If you do not agree with any of the terms mentioned in this online legal document, you should discontinue using our website and services.

1. Eligibility to Use the Website

To use our website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter a binding contract under the applicable laws of the country. By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

To keep our promise of transparency and to prevent fraud, we reserve the right (but are not obligated) to ask users to share their valid government ID with us or verify your identity with the use of different third-party sources.

2. Scope of Work

  • Our Services: Kraftline provides modular kitchen, wardrobe, and storage design solutions depending on your requirements, project site, and agreed budget. Our services include an initial design consultation, space planning, material and finish selection, manufacturing, delivery, assembly, and installation, and other related services, as per the scope of your project.
  • Design Packages and Customization: Kraftline offers its interior design and execution services across three packages or categories: Affordable, Luxury, and Ultra-Luxury. The pricing of each package varies with project necessities and the scope of work. Clients can choose from a collection of 15 standard designs. Any customization or modification to these designs (even the slightest bit) may result in additional charges. Furthermore, if applicable, this change may even require the project to be placed in a different (higher) package.
  • Quotations: Before the project begins, we provide you with a quotation outlining the proposed project details, scope, services included, and estimated project cost.
  • Changes to Scope: If you request any changes after the quotation is approved, it will affect the final project cost, delivery timeline, and installation schedule. The final scope of work will be governed by the quotation and the approved 3D design visualization mutually approved by you and Kraftline.

3. Use of Website

You may access and use the Kraftline website for your personal home design purposes only. To avail the services offered on our website, we may require you to provide information like your name, email ID, phone number, date of birth, and other related details. By using our website, you confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.

You also agree not to misuse our website or our content in any way. You must not use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, upload or share false or misleading information, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on our official website, including (but not limited to) our logo, brand name, designs, drawings, images, layouts, graphics, content, and other materials, is owned by the Company and is protected under the applicable Intellectual Property Laws.

Any user is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or misuse any of these materials without prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property (to any extent whatsoever) may result in legal action, including suspension or termination of your access to our website and services, or any other remedies guided by the applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

The cost of your project will be communicated to you through the approved quotation initially. By confirming your order, you agree to pay the applicable amount according to the payment schedule agreed upon.

Any changes to the approved design, materials, products, or scope of work after confirmation may result in additional charges. All applicable taxes will be added to your bill as per the prevailing laws. Payments made to Kraftline are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by the applicable law.

6. Obligations of the Parties

Client's Responsibilities

For the smooth and successful completion of the project, you agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate details about: Property, Project requirements, and Contact details.
  • Ensure that our expert team gets unobstructed, safe, and timely access to the project site for: Measurement, Delivery, Installation, and Other scheduled visits.
  • Make timely payments according to the agreed payment schedule without us having to share multiple reminders.
  • Review, help to improve, and approve the designs, quotations, and material selections before the manufacturing begins at our in-house factory.
  • Acknowledge that 3D design visualizations are for reference purposes only, and there may be minor variations in the final product in terms of colors, finishes, or appearance.
  • Allow Kraftline to capture photos and videos of your project before, during, and after completion. This is for our quality checks, records, and promotional purposes.

Kraftline's Responsibilities

As your provider of interior design and installation services, Kraftline fulfills the following responsibilities:

  • Offer a design consultation.
  • Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and solutions based on your requirements.
  • Manufacture, deliver, and install the approved setups as agreed in the scope of work.
  • Keep you informed about the progress of your project and communicate any significant changes that may affect the cost or timeline with the help of our dedicated project manager.
  • Respect and comply with the applicable product and service warranties provided with your purchase.

7. Project Timelines

Kraftline will provide an estimated project timeline to you once the design, scope of work, and project requirements are locked in. We make every possible effort to complete the project within this estimated timeframe. However, delivery and installation schedules may change due to factors that are beyond our control.

Additionally, if there are any delays in the design approvals, site readiness, and payment, or if you request any out-of-scope changes, these will affect the progress of your project. If we foresee any changes to the expected completion date, we will notify you regarding the same.

8. Warranty

Kraftline provides a warranty on the eligible products as specified to you during the consultation and given to you in writing. The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects and is subject to the terms, conditions, and specific exclusions mentioned in the applicable document.

Clients should note that the warranty only becomes effective after the project has been completed, handed over, and all the outstanding payments have been cleared by you. To request warranty support, clients are required to get in touch with our customer support team with the following information:

  • Project details
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs

While we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, it is also important for you to understand that the warranty doesn't cover any damage that is a result of misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications or repairs, routine wear and tear, or events that are beyond Kraftline's control.

9. Limitation of Liability

The team at Kraftline is dedicated to ensuring that all the information, designs, images, and other content on our website are correct and up-to-date. However, we don't provide any guarantees that our website, content, and services will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, free from errors, and free from viruses or other harmful elements at all times.

Kraftline shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, income, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or property damage.

The company will also not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or additional costs that occur because of customer-requested changes, delayed approvals or payments, site conditions, technical failures, and force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kraftline (including its representatives, employees, affiliates, and service providers) from any claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your misuse of our website or services
  • Your breach of applicable laws

  • Your infringement of the rights of any third party

This obligation also applies to claims, expenses, or legal proceedings that are a result of your actions while using the Kraftline website or services.
